Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a payment.

1. General Policy

All payments made to CreativeBee are non-refundable. By completing a payment you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Digital Nature of Services

Since we provide:

APIs
SaaS tools
Custom development services

These are instantly accessible and non-returnable in nature. Once access is granted or work has commenced, refunds are not applicable.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be processed only in the following cases:

Duplicate payment (same transaction charged twice)
Failed transaction where the amount was debited but service was not activated
Legal or regulatory compliance requirements

To raise an exception request, email support@creativebee.app with your payment reference and a brief description.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions, once activated, cannot be cancelled mid-term
Partial billing periods are non-refundable

Users may choose not to renew at the end of their current billing period. Access continues until the period expires.

5. Chargebacks Warning

⚠️ Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to immediate account suspension. Users are strongly encouraged to contact our support team before raising any dispute with their bank or payment provider.
