Refund Policy

Free trial

Creativebee offers a 3-day free trial for all plans. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial, and you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier with limited access.

Refund terms

• Refund requests made within 3 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund
• Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method
• Add-on purchases and one-time charges are non-refundable

Email us at billing@creativebee.app with your account email and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
