Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

End-to-End Payment Flow

• 1. Service/Order Selection
  Users browse and select the desired service/product on creativebee.app.
• 2. Order Placement
  Users provide required details and confirm their order/service request.
• 3. Payment Initiation
  The user is redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete the transaction using available payment methods (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
• 4. Payment Confirmation
  Upon successful payment, a confirmation message/email is sent to the user.
  In case of payment failure, the amount will be automatically refunded as per the payment gateway’s policies.
• 5. Service Fulfillment
  After payment confirmation, the requested service/product is processed and delivered within the agreed timeline.
• 6. Cancellation & Refund (if applicable)
  Cancellation requests must be made within the specified time frame (if allowed).
  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
