3. No Misrepresentation Policy

Users and partners are strictly prohibited from:

• Promoting CreativeBee as a "trading advisory"
• Selling our services as "guaranteed profit tools"
• Misleading customers about outcomes

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments are for software services, subscriptions, or custom development
• We use secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways
• Invoices are generated for all transactions

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

By using our services, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in those courts.
